How to add a correct payment method to your Port Pass Portal

⚠️ As from 16th of March, a payment method is required to invite new Pass Holders.

How to add a payment method?

To add a payment method to your Port Pass account, you have to follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Port Pass Portal

  2. Navigate to Billing & Invoicing

  3. Click on Add payment method

  4. Enter your company credit details

  5. Save and continue

Which payment methods are supported?

We currently support credit card payments only.

Port Passes are business-critical and must be renewed on time to ensure continued access and operational continuity.

Credit card payments:

  • Process transactions immediately

  • Minimise administrative back-and-forth

  • Help prevent unintended Port Pass expiration

Can we pay by bank transfer instead?

In general, payments are processed via credit card.

Paying by bank transfer is only considered when the minimum transaction amount is €2,500.

If your transaction meets this threshold and you wish to request payment by bank transfer, please contact our support team via the yellow Intercom messenger in the bottom-left of the Portal.

Requests are reviewed individually and are not automatically approved.
