How to use the billing portal

Use the billing portal to view invoices, download documents, and update your billing information

In Port Pass, go to Billing & Invoicing. At the bottom of the page, in the invoices section, click Billing & Invoicing portal.

The billing portal is powered by Stripe, so it may look slightly different from the rest of Port Pass.

View and download your invoice history

In the billing portal, scroll to the Invoice history section to see previously issued invoices.

  1. In Invoice history, click the invoice you want to open.

  2. A new page opens with more details.

  3. From there, you can download both the invoice and the receipt as PDF.

If payment failed for one or more passes, you can also use the billing portal to find the unpaid invoice and resolve it there.

Update your payment method

In the Payment method section, you can:

  • add a payment method

  • change your default payment method

  • delete a payment method

Update your billing details

In the Billing details section, you can update:

  • billing address

  • email address

  • VAT number

Return to Port Pass

When you are done, use the return link in the billing portal to go back to Port Pass.
